Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking an Industrial & Controls Field Service Representative to service water treatment systems across diverse industrial applications. The role combines field service, maintenance, and controls knowledge with on-site operations, requiring on-call coverage for nights and weekends.

The position emphasizes troubleshooting, calibration, and safety compliance while collaborating with customer management and operations teams to ensure reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of service/maintenance in industrial environments.
• At least 1 year of Instrument and Controls OR mechanical repair experience.
• Electrical Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Bachelor/Associates STEM or Instrumentation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, operate, troubleshoot and calibrate equipment.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves and pumps.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on pumps, compressors, drives, and auxiliary equipment.
• Review plant installations against reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics).
• Maintain electrical switchgear and power distribution systems.
• Identify and address safety and environmental concerns.
• Mentor and train customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Oversee third-party construction and maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
