MS Companies is seeking an experienced Industrial Controls Engineer based in Cullman, Alabama for a large-scale wire drawing and cable winding manufacturing facility. This hands-on role focuses on PLC troubleshooting, Siemens programming, and high-voltage electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with maintenance and operations to enhance automation reliability and safety. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and experience with Siemens PLCs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in controls, automation, or electrical engineering within manufacturing.
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience in live production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits and high-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PLC-based machine control systems.
• Develop and modify Siemens PLC and HMI programs.
• Support commissioning, startups, and upgrades of automation systems.
