Job summary

Goshen Engineering seeks Control Wiring Technicians to wire, assemble, and test industrial control panels from schematics and diagrams. You will prepare, route, label, terminate, and organize wires, installing terminal blocks, relays, fuses, and PLC-related components with attention to detail.

You will perform panel layout, measure and drill as needed, and execute testing and documentation per procedures. On-site production presence is required, with opportunities to grow into independent

Qualifications

• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and BOMs.
• Follow approved wiring practices and production documentation for accurate wiring.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and electrical test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure clean, accurate wiring and documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Review schematics and wiring diagrams to prepare wires and conductors.
• Install and wire control-panel components like terminal blocks, relays, fuses, PLC components.
• Perform panel layout, fabrication, mounting, and wiring discipline.
• Use test equipment to verify wiring integrity and document results.
• Inspect workmanship and wiring quality before testing or production handoff.
• Collaborate with Electrical Assembly, Engineering, Quality, and Materials to resolve issues.
