Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Industrial Control Panel Wiring Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. You will review JIC and IEC schematics, layout components, and build custom control panels from the ground up, ensuring clean terminations and proper routing of cables through trays and conduit.

You will verify I/O, run checks with a multimeter, and document results to stay on schedule. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical panel building or industrial wiring experience, 5+

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Interpret point-to-point wiring diagrams and electrical schematics accurately.
  • Lay out components and build custom electrical control panels from the ground up.
  • Perform neat, labeled terminations; cut, strip, and crimp to specification.
  • Route cables through trays and conduit with excellent workmanship.
  • Install and wire devices within relay panels; verify connections.
  • Energize, troubleshoot, and resolve wiring issues on control panels.
  • Test with multimeter and dielectric test equipment; record results.
  • Complete quality checklists and maintain precise build/test documentation.
  • Identify, correct, and prevent wiring or assembly defects.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work area and communicate build status to leadership.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and project teams to meet delivery goals.

Industrial Control Panel Wiring SpecialistCompensation: $23–$28 per hour, based on experienceHours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMShift: FirstA day in this roleYou start your morning reviewing JIC and IEC schematics, planning your layout for a custom control panel. Tools organized, you execute clean, point‑to‑point terminations—labeling, stripping, crimping, and routing multiconductor cable through trays, conduit, and relay panels. After assembly, you power up the panel, verify I/O, run multimeter checks, and complete dielectric testing as needed.
