Job summary

You will also develop training materials, coach technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and standard work across teams. The role emphasizes hands-on manufacturing training and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience building Industrial Control Panels (ICPs) including mechanical assembly and wiring.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
• Experience training, coaching, and guiding technicians in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills with focus on safety and workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and hands-on training for new technicians, including entry-level hires with limited experience.
• Teach technicians how to assemble Industrial Control Panels (ICPs) using established build standards.
• Train technicians on mechanical assembly, wiring methods, routing, crimping, torque, and tool safety.
• Instruct technicians to read schematics and production drawings accurately during manufacturing.
• Train employees on end-of-line testing, verification steps, and quality expectations.
• Partner with production, engineering, quality, and materials teams to improve training effectiveness and technician readiness.
