Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Electrical Control Panel Technician in Barnesville, OH. The role focuses on assembling, testing, and refurbishing WaterForce automation panels, upgrading legacy panels, and supporting new builds.

You will document repairs and manage asset data within the CMMS, with opportunities to support instrumentation and flowmeter troubleshooting. The position involves collaboration with Automation Engineering, Field Operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, or control panels.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience with CMMS or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, test, repair, and refurbish control panels and related equipment.
• Support new panel builds and modernization projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on automation systems.
• Execute panel retrofits to migrate legacy assets to current hardware and standards.
• Conduct functional testing and QA inspections on automation assets.
• Maintain detailed repair histories and CMMS documentation.
• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support activities.
• Identify recurring failures and recommend improvements to fleet reliability.
• Support inventory tracking, parts management, and asset documentation.
