Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC in Barnesville, OH seeks a Control Panel Technician responsible for assembling, maintaining, repairing, retrofitting, and documenting WaterForce automation controller assets. This role upgrades legacy panels to current hardware and supports new builds, while keeping CMMS records accurate.

You will troubleshoot and repair industrial control panels, instrumentation, flowmeters, valves, and related equipment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and related experience.
Experience with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, or control panels.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Strong documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
CMMS or similar software experience required.
Team player with good communication; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Assemble, wire, test, repair, and refurbish control panels and related equipment.
Support new panel builds and modernization projects.
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on automation control systems.
Execute panel retrofits to migrate legacy assets to current hardware and standards.
Maintain repair histories, retrofit documentation, and CMMS records.
Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and field support for automation assets.
Identify failure modes and support reliability improvements.
