Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Steubenville, OH is seeking an Electrical Control Panel Technician to assemble, maintain, repair and retrofit WaterForce automation control panels. The role concentrates on upgrading legacy panels to current hardware and I/O standards while supporting new builds and keeping detailed repair records in CMMS.

Based at our Triadelphia, WV shop, you’ll troubleshoot instrumentation, flowmeters, valves, and related equipment; work with engineering and field teams; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, or control panels.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Experience working with CMMS or similar software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, test, repair, and refurbish WaterForce automation control panels and related equipment.
• Support new panel builds and modernization projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on automation control systems.
• Execute panel retrofits to migrate legacy assets to current hardware, communications, and design standards.
• Perform functional testing and QA inspections on automation assets before deployment and after field return.
• Identify recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve fleet reliability.
• Assist with development and maintenance of panel wiring standards and build procedures.
• Maintain detailed repair histories, retrofit documentation, and work order records within the CMMS platform.
