Job summary

Aerotek in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Builder to assemble and wire custom control panels in a clean, climate-controlled shop. You will read schematics, install PLCs and VFDs, and ensure panels meet specifications, working Monday–Friday with a daytime schedule.

The role emphasizes hands-on electrical work, independent problem solving, and a track record of building reliable control systems for industrial applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building electrical or control panels.
• Ability to read wiring schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with point-to-point wiring.
• Conduit bending and installation experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble industrial control panels from start to finish
• Perform point-to-point wiring with accuracy and attention to detail
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings
• Install and bend conduit as required for panel assemblies
• Mount and wire electrical components, PLCs, and VFDs
• Inspect completed panels to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot wiring and layout issues as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
