Job summary

Hillwood Construction Services is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee all phases of large-scale industrial warehouse projects, based near Dallas. You will lead field operations, coordinate with project managers, safety teams, and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

The role emphasizes pre-construction input, site logistics, and closeout activities, with preferred tilt-wall construction experience and a strong safety focus. Travel to sites will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities and willingness to learn.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent ability to read and apply blueprints and job specs, with safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders to align field with construction plan, meeting schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as onsite Safety Lead/Coordinator and lead safety training and inspections.
• Contribute to pre-construction, site logistics planning, and constructability information requests.
