The role requires coordinating multiple subcontractors, owners, and vendors while maintaining safety and schedule adherence across three language barriers.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of field supervision, strong leadership, and experience with electrical installation, commissioning, and multi-trade coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent or field supervision experience.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and civil trades.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety programs, and jobsite hazard mitigation.
• Familiarity with electrical installation and commissioning activities.

• Significant daily field presence with extensive walking, stair climbing, and interaction with crews.
• Experience overseeing equipment installations, material deliveries, and workforce coordination.
• Strong leadership to mentor foremen, resolve conflicts, and maintain accountability across multiple crews.

Looking for a Superintendent capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure industrial environment while coordinating multiple subcontractors, owners, and vendors across three language barriers. The role demands strong leadership, decisive decision-making, conflict resolution skills, and the confidence to challenge unrealistic expectations when necessary.

Candidate should possess:

• 5+ years of construction superintendent or field supervision experience
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and civil trades
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety programs, and jobsite hazard mitigation
• Familiarity with electrical installation and commissioning activities
• Ability to effectively coordinate work within a complex, multi-trade environment.
• The position also requires a significant amount of daily field presence, extensive walking, stair climbing, and continuous interaction with crews throughout the facility.
• Experience overseeing equipment installations, material deliveries, and workforce coordination
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor foremen, resolve conflicts, and maintain accountability across multiple crews

Technical Skills:

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• OSHA safety standards, fall protection, confined space, lockout/tagout, and crane/lift safety
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Construction scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar preferred)
• Daily field reporting, documentation, and progress tracking
• Material management, equipment coordination, and delivery verification
• Mechanical and electrical installation quality inspections
• Jobsite planning, manpower forecasting, and subcontractor coordination
