Job summary

Quantum Industrial is seeking a Superintendent to oversee the execution, supervision, and completion of industrial mechanical construction projects in Mesa, AZ. You will ensure safety, timeliness, and quality while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews.

Responsibilities include scheduling, workforce coordination, quality control, safety compliance, subcontractor management, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Must possess any licenses or certifications required by state or local regulations.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in industrial mechanical construction.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6).
