Job summary

Frampton Construction seeks a seasoned Project Manager with 5+ years in commercial/industrial construction and at least 3 years supervising teams. The role supports projects in industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage sectors and requires willingness to travel.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, communicating the project plan and KPIs, managing risks and budgets, and directing procurement. Strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have five+ years in commercial/industrial construction.
• Minimum one year in preconstruction and three years of direct supervision.
• Travel willingness expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly project reviews, progress meetings, subcontractor coordination, and OAC meetings.
• Clearly communicate the project plan and KPIs to drive success.
• Manage risks including subcontractor performance, financials, bonding, and resources.
• Direct procurement strategy; validate pricing, scope, bids; issue subcontracts.
• Develop and monitor the project budget and cost performance.
• Provide written documentation for budget, schedule, quality and safety decisions.
• Build trusted owner relationships through timely, clear communication.
