Job summary

You will build customer relationships, supervise projects, develop schedules, coordinate foremen and subcontractors, and manage procurement and site activities. The role requires a degree in Construction/PM and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with experience in Sage Timberline, Primavera, BlueBeam, AutoDesk Build, and HH2; OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction/Project Management or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial construction project management.
• Strong scheduling, procurement, and coordination skills.
• Travel across Michigan and the Midwest is required.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and increase sales.
• Supervise projects and develop construction schedules.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Manage purchases, material handling, and deliveries.
• Attend progress and labor meetings and maintain site visit forms.
• Provide project forecasting to supervisor twice monthly.
