Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead capital construction and renovation projects ranging from $2M to $30M+ in a manufacturing environment, on site in West Virginia.

You will manage from concept to closeout, coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors, develop schedules in Microsoft Project and budgets in Procore, and ensure cost, schedule, quality and safety targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing $2M-$30M+ capital projects.
• Ground-up and renovation construction experience.
• Procore and Microsoft Project experience.
• On-site work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through closeout, including feasibility, design, bidding, construction, and final delivery.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and scope.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop Microsoft Project schedules and manage Procore budgets/forecasts.
• Review construction documents, shop drawings, submittals, and payment applications.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and resolve field issues and project constraints.
• Oversee contractor quality-control and safety requirements.
