Job summary

Kaygen, Inc. is seeking a senior construction project manager with eight-plus years of experience delivering ground-up and complex capital projects valued from $2M to $30M+ across Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

You will lead design development from concept through construction docs, manage scheduling, procurement, submittals, and QA/QC while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and safety personnel on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of construction project-management delivering ground-up and complex capital projects ($2M–$30M+).
• Lead design development from concept through construction documents, feasibility studies, due diligence, bidding and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of design/construction engineering, schedule management, shop drawings, submittals, quality control.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, Bluebeam, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and exec presentations.
• Proven ability to lead project engineers, contractors, consultants, and safety personnel on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate design development and procurement processes.
• Manage schedule, budgets, and quality assurance.
• Lead stakeholders and safety personnel; ensure safe practices.

Job description

We have in 3 location: Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia

• Eight or more years of construction project-management experience delivering ground-up and complex capital projects valued from $2M to $30M+.
• Demonstrated experience leading design development from concept through construction documents, feasibility studies, due diligence, bidding, and procurement.
• Technical knowledge of design and construction engineering, schedule management, shop drawings, submittals, and construction quality control.
• Advanced ability with Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, Bluebeam markups, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to lead project engineers, contractors, consultants, and safety personnel while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience delivering light-industrial, warehouse, office, automotive, or comparable manufacturing-facility projects.
• Proven stakeholder-management, communication, problem-solving, change-management, and multi-project prioritization skills.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices, quality design and construction, Respect for People, and continuous improvement.

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

• PMP certification.
• OSHA certification and extensive experience preparing safety documentation and enforcing safety standards
• Manufacturing or automotive-facility construction experience.
