Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/ME or related field with related construction experience.
• 2+ years of construction experience, or 6+ years of progressively responsible industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Set project goals and timelines with defined objectives, risks, staffing, and deliverables.
• Lead project startup to ensure efficient, successful launches.
• Manage permits, code compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and support to project crews through the lifecycle.
• Develop budgets, cost estimates, schedules, progress reports.
• Attend coordination meetings with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and ROI evaluations.
• Oversee site meetings, RFIs, invoices, change orders, and document control.
• Track costs to keep projects within budgets.
• Review and finalize contractor and trade contracts.
• Manage stakeholders including superintendents, subcontractors, designers, estimators.
• Identify conflicts and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies and safety.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and regulatory agencies.
