• Maintain and update document controls and submittal processes.
• Support project scheduling using project management software.
• Prepare letters of intent, purchase orders, and master sub-agreements.
• Manage submittal logs and verify shop drawings.
• Assist with estimating, budgeting, and change requests.
• Coordinate self-perform and subcontractor scopes with field supervision.
• Travel may be required.
