The role requires coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in combined estimating and project management, strong MS Excel skills, and a track record of cost control and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years combined estimating and project management in civil/concrete/carpentry/steel.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and associated costs.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Track KPIs, risks, and progress; manage change orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and bid proposals.
