Job summary

Nooter Construction is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support performance across cost, schedule, and labor reporting on a major industrial project at the Eli Lilly site in Lebanon, Indiana.

The role collaborates with project managers, operations, accounting, procurement, and field leadership to forecast, report, and manage change, ensuring the project budget and schedule remain aligned through the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in project controls or related construction disciplines.
• Experience with industrial or life sciences projects preferred.
• Proficiency in cost tracking, scheduling, and project reporting required.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and ERP systems preferred.
• Collaborative work with PMs, accounting, procurement, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain project schedules, cost performance data, and controls reports.
• Prepare cost reports, change orders, manpower reports, and forecasting updates.
• Analyze variances from budgets and communicate findings to leadership.
• Support change management processes and document scope changes.
• Track labor hours and manpower data for craft personnel and subcontractors.
• Assist in resource-loaded schedules and other controls systems.
• Collaborate with PMs, accounting, procurement, and operations for forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procedures and standards.
• Identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
