Job summary

IPME Corp in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Construction Project Assistant to support the project management team both in the office and on site. This hybrid role offers hands-on involvement from ramp-up through closeout of industrial construction projects.

You will assist with documentation, coordinate material orders, maintain tools and vehicles, and ensure safety protocols on site while traveling to job sites as needed. A valid driver's license and strong organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, reports, and punch lists.
• Coordinate with office and Site Leads on material and equipment orders/pickups.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Support ramp-up activities and final punch list execution.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with company errands and day-to-day logistics.
• Maintain company vehicles; scheduling maintenance and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Travel to job sites as needed to provide hands-on support and oversight.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Project Assistant to support our project management team - both in the office and on site. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to contribute to industrial construction projects from ramp-up through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, reports, and punch lists
