Job summary

Partners Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead tilt-wall, sitework, and cold-dark shell developments for industrial and retail clients across Texas. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will coordinate activities, manage subcontractors, implement SOPs, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project for tilt-wall, sitework, and multi-phase projects.
