ARCO/Murray Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from design to completion in a leadership role. You will manage client relationships, coordinate the design team, and drive value engineering during preconstruction with full profit and performance responsibility.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 2-10 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial, light industrial, hospitality, or entertainment projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work with clients and design teams to develop concept drawings and budgets.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, costs, and contracts/fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for trades and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials or equipment when advantageous.
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent on scopes, schedules, and site logistics.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings with designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly on-site meetings to review progress and address challenges.
• Track project performance vs budget and prepare pay applications and progress reports.
