Job summary

The role acts as the owner’s representative, overseeing contractors, scheduling, and project coordination while serving as the main client contact for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency varies by project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee industrial and/or commercial construction projects.
• Serve as the owner’s representative during construction.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls construction activities.
• Coordinate contractors, construction representatives, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and CPM schedules.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and maintain field documentation.
• Lead project/site meetings and resolve field issues.
