Job summary

The Foth Companies in Minnesota seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide on-site construction management for industrial projects at client facilities. You will oversee design-build and turnkey installations, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while traveling to sites as required.

Key duties include leading safety programs, maintaining schedules, resolving field issues, coordinating trades and vendors, and communicating daily

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of industrial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10, 1926 certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote, support, and monitor safety policies on site.
• Work with client to resolve conflicts and maintain relationships.
• Serve as primary technical contact with client and internal teams.
• Travel to be full-time on-site at various client facilities.
• Oversee design-build installation projects for quality and safety.
• Maintain and coordinate construction schedules with engineers, trades, vendors.
• Lead construction trades to ensure on-schedule, within-budget work.
• Resolve day-to-day issues on construction sites independently.
• Coordinate resolution of technical/design issues with engineering teams.
• Manage scope/schedule/budget changes with the project manager.
• Provide input to constructability reviews.
• Keep stakeholders informed with daily site activity reports.
