Job summary

Hertha Metals is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of industrial construction projects as we scale from pilot operations to commercial deployment.

The role requires field leadership, real-time decision making, and partnership with engineering, operations and EPC firms to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget control. HQ in Conroe, TX with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial construction or heavy industry environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($50M+).
• PMP certification and EPC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities to deliver safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, safety, procurement, and EPC partners.
• Manage contractors and cross-functional teams through planning to commissioning.
• Drive risk identification and ensure quality standards are met.
