Job summary

Turner Industries seeks a Laborer in Pace, FL to assist skilled construction workers and perform a broad range of site duties. This non-exempt role reports to the Foreman and requires following client procedures and safety rules on the job.

The physical work includes lifting and moving materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow instructions, and pass a post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions without distraction.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• On-site safety requirements per client (PPE, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel; handle building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Mix or pour concrete, asphalt, or other materials as directed.
• Perform a variety of non-machine tasks and assist foreman and crew as project progresses.
• Follow supervisor directions and complete assignments per procedures.
