Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a labor-support role to assist skilled craft workers on an industrial/construction site in Arizona. The position involves following directions from foremen, working across trades as needed, and maintaining safety standards throughout the shift.

Expect overtime and a 40+ hour workweek with a typical duration of a long-term project. Pre-employment drug testing is required, and the hourly rate ranges from $22 to $27 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Effective math, reading and comprehension to perform basic calculations.
• Clear verbal and written communication with supervisors and trades.
• NCCER Core Curriculum or high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craft workers with assigned duties.
• Follow directions from higher skilled workers or foreman.
• Maintain safe work practices and use PPE as required.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Communicate any safety concerns to supervisors.
