Qualifications

• NCCER Core Curriculum or High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience (level I), 2 years (level II) and 3+ years in industrial/construction preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effective Math skills - add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Eliminate WASTE such as waiting, rework, transporting, material storage and time.
• If unsure about any aspect of the work or issues regarding safe practices ask a supervisor before continuing.
• Learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work.
• Learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment.
