Job summary

CircuitHub, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a hands-on Computer Vision Engineer to scale the Grid platform from prototype to production. You will ship models and tooling that inspect boards, align placements with sub-millimetre precision, and improve the vision pipeline.

You will work with Python and C++, OpenCV, PyTorch and ONNX Runtime, using Basler cameras and GPU capture to move vision closer to real time. You’ll own data collection, labeling tools and training data from operator verdicts.

Qualifications

• Shipped computer vision into production.
• Strong software engineering in Python and C++.
• Experience with industrial or machine-vision cameras.
• Ability to own coding agents and move faster with tooling.
• Comfort working with lighting, lenses and precision alignment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect boards and improve automated optical inspection.
• Train and deploy models to find parts in bins and trays.
• Align fiducials and calibrate image placement with millimetre precision.
• Build data loop: labeling tools and turning verdicts into training data.
• Collaborate with high-speed cameras and GPU capture pipelines to push real-time vision.
• Track production accuracy and prove changes against past results.
