Job summary

CircuitHub, Inc. is seeking an experienced computer vision engineer to scale automated inspection and placement systems on The Grid. You will design, implement, and deploy production-grade vision pipelines using Python, C++, and state-of-the-art libraries.

You will work with Basler and high-speed cameras, calibrate systems, and own data loops from labeling to training. Strong collaboration with AI and hardware teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Shipped computer vision into production, beyond a notebook.
• Strong software engineering in Python, C++ or a comparable language.
• Mix of classical vision and deep learning; know when to use each tool.

Responsibilities

• Inspect boards and improve automated optical inspection with AI agents.
• Train and deploy models to locate parts in bins and trays.
• Calibrate and align fiducials and image pipelines for precise placements.
• Build data loops by labeling data and turning operator verdicts into training data.
• Work with high-speed cameras and GPU capture to approach real-time vision.
• Track production accuracy and quantify changes against prior results.
