Job summary

Qualifications

• Real-time CV/ML integration experience.
• Proficient in Python/C++ prototyping, testing and deployment.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Hands-on IIoT hardware design, configuration and integration.
• Knowledge of system design, material handling, and human–machine interaction principles.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end life cycles of complex cross-functional projects spanning organizations and geographies.
• Design and develop engineering solutions for material handling challenges, considering human-equipment interactions.
• Develop, configure, and implement IIoT hardware to enhance equipment and workflows.
• Collaborate on advanced simulation models and what-if scenario testing.
• Lead concept efforts for optimal solutions including equipment specs, material flow, ergonomics, and site layout.
• Partner with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Document solutions with SOPs and structured change control; set engineering standards.
• Manage multiple initiatives while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
• Produce artifacts (schematics, prototypes, 3D models, test plans) that set benchmarks.
