Job summary

Gregory Poole Equipment Company is seeking a skilled Service Technician to independently diagnose and repair oil-injected and oil-free compressors. You will perform preventive maintenance, document test results, and train other technicians at customer sites in North Carolina.

Applicants should have a minimum of six years in technical field service for compressed air systems, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to work extended hours and be on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Six years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing compressed air equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with understanding of single and three-phase power.
• CFC refrigeration experience is a plus; CDL/DOT considerations may apply depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning compressors and execute repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations.
• Document operating parameters before and after maintenance and tests.
• Train and assist other Service Technicians and provide technical support.
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
