Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support calibration, process control and combustion systems in our Pennsylvania facility. The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, plus data logging and equipment calibration to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Shifts include 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am) with a starting pay range of $28.58–$42.00 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• An Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Technical Degree or certificate equivalent with 1 year of applicable experience or 3 years' applicable experience in an industrial or related setting with a technical background in industrial electrical, electromechanical, combustion and process control systems.
• Candidate will be required to successfully complete knowledge and skills assessments and participate in training initiatives to maintain and improve skills in required time frames.

Aufgaben

• Ensure calibration, survey, and required combustion maintenance records are maintained according to prescribed requirements.
• Review all process control, calibration, survey, and combustion planned work orders for proper completion and/or noted issues that require follow-up.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maintain combustion equipment for optimal efficiency and product uniformity.
• Ensure combustion systems are being maintained within NFPA 86 and company compliance.
• Assist engineers and supervisors in formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain equipment and solve process variation issues.
• Use Maximo, Oracle, Allen Bradley PLC-5, SLC-500, ControlLogix, Data Loggers, Calibrators, Infrared Cameras as tools to support craft functionality.

Starting Rate of pay: $28.58-$42.00/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: 2nd shift Monday- Friday, 2pm-10pm

What you will be doing

• Responsible to use various hardware and software technologies such as, but not limited to, Maximo, Oracle, Allen Bradley PLC-5, SLC-500, ControlLogix, Data Loggers, Calibrators, Infrared Cameras as tools to support craft functionality.

Required Education/Experience:

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong ability to read, comprehend and interpret schematics, loop drawings, P&ID's and other technical resource manuals.
• Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills capable of effectively and efficiently troubleshooting complex combustion, process control loops and other instrument device failures.
• Software knowledge base skills and the ability to perform calculations and conversions.
