Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of success in blending and mixing industrial colors.
• Practical experience handling steel or other metal substrates.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial-grade painting processes is a plus.
• Strong ability to consistently achieve accurate color matches.
• Proficiency with various painting tools and spray equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and combine various coatings and pigments to hit exact color targets.
• Utilize spray apparatus to apply protective finishes to steel and metal components.
• Interpret technical documentation, including job orders and specific color recipes.
• Perform necessary surface treatments such as sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Verify that all completed items meet our high standards for color uniformity and overall quality.
• Keep all mixing and application tools in excellent, clean working condition.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and utilizing required protective gear.
