Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a dependable Technician to support industrial and environmental cleaning across customer worksites in Robards, KY. You will operate water blasting tools and vacuum systems, handle heavy equipment, and follow strict safety guidelines in demanding environments.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience, physical endurance, and the ability to travel to job sites across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Valid government-issued ID to access customer worksites.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with tools or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Background in outdoor manual labor or physically demanding work strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or maintenance environments preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts in varying conditions including temperatures, dust, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Follow MPW health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report to assigned branch or jobsite on time, in proper uniform, for daily assignments.
• Set up jobsite equipment including water blast hoses and barricades.
• Operate water blasting tools, including guns and lances, for industrial cleaning.
• Handle dry and wet vacuum hoses for material removal and environmental cleaning.
• Use manual tools to assist with debris removal and task completion.
• Operate automated tooling and specialized cleaning equipment as required.
• Assist in the safe operation of aerial platform lifts and access equipment.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings in active industrial environments.
• Clean and inspect tools and equipment before returning them to the branch.
