Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Industrial Assistant Operator to safely operate high-speed cleaning equipment in heavy industrial environments, including refineries and power plants. You will perform manual cleaning, maintenance, and inspections while adhering to strict safety protocols.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Travel for extended periods may be needed, with a collaborative safety-focused team environment and ongoing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cleaning equipment (pumps, hydro-blasters, vacuum units).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Complete safety paperwork and training compliance.
• Work safely around heavy machinery in industrial settings.
• Perform manual cleaning and maintenance on valves, hoses, pumps, and fittings.
• Assist inspections and report deficiencies to supervisor.
