Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Industrial Assistant Operator to safely operate high-pressure pumps, hydro-blasting systems, and vacuum units for cleaning and maintaining tank equipment and facility components. You will follow safety procedures and complete required paperwork in a heavy industrial environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. You will be part of a safety-focused team and interact with customers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.
• Customer service focused and comfortable with customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates various types of cleaning equipment, including high-pressure pumps, hydro-blasting systems, and vacuum units, in line with guidelines and safety procedures.
• Completes all safety paperwork and complies with all procedures including use of PPE.
• Works safely around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous industrial settings (refineries, power plants, etc.).
• Performs manual cleaning and maintenance tasks such as installing, fitting, and repairing valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, etc.
• Assists in equipment inspections and ensures the work area is safe before starting any job, reporting deficiencies.
