Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 14+ years of industrial cleaning experience, or an Associate's degree with 9+ years.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Industrial Cleaning Project Manager or Site Supervisor.
• TWIC eligibility within a reasonable timeframe.

Aufgaben

• Lead day to day management for contractors in industrial cleaning activities.
• Develop library for repetitive hydroblasting jobs to standardize hours and methodologies.
• Lead training to implement and improve new technologies.
• Collaborate with cleaning partners to develop automation where it does not exist.
• Coordinate scope development and advise on job duration estimates.
• Review planned vs. actual hours to identify improvements.
• Serve as site SME in industrial cleaning and automation technology.
