Job summary

Waste Pro Industrial is seeking a qualified Crew Leader to oversee our Construction Crew and ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency on projects in New Orleans, LA. As supervisor, you will assign tasks, guide team members, and maintain a safety-first culture while coordinating with management and clients.

The role requires experience in industrial cleaning, leadership capabilities, and flexibility to work nights or weekends as project demands. CDL is not required for the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in operations.
• Expertise in hydroblasting, automation cleaning, and tank cleaning.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and best practices in industrial cleaning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor team members.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning crews with guidance, direction, and support.
• Assign tasks based on project requirements and team strengths.
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment and accountability.
• Oversee industrial cleaning activities (hydroblasting, automation cleaning, tank cleaning).
• Ensure operations are efficient, safe, and align with company standards and client specs.
• Provide training on cleaning techniques and equipment.
