Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required for all Industrial Cleaner candidates.
• Effective communication skills to interact with management and co-workers.
• Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to safely climb ladders and stairs as needed for cleaning tasks.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or industrial cleaning is considered a plus.
• Commitment to following all safety and operational guidelines within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum building floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Wipe down, dust, and de-grease production equipment regularly to prevent buildup and maintain proper function.
• Maintain all housekeeping equipment, ensuring tools are always in safe and proper working order.
• Identify and communicate potential hazards promptly, using appropriate signage such as wet floor signs to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support a clean and safe workplace.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies regarding cleaning and sanitation.
• Perform routine inspections to verify cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
