Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to perform cleaning tasks in an industrial environment under contractual terms with the customer. The role reports to a supervisor or manager and supports facility upkeep and safety standards within a manufacturing setting.

The position offers full-time hours (Monday–Friday) with a pay rate of $11.00–$12.00 per hour and weekly pay, reflecting its entry-level to mid-level responsibilities in janitorial services across commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling.
• Clean entire restroom by using disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
• Clean the plant floor and machinery.
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs.
