Sizemore, Inc. is hiring Industrial Cleaners/Housekeepers in Richmond, VA. The role involves cleaning floors in a warehouse, sanitizing restrooms, dusting office areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining janitorial equipment. Training is provided, and direct hire with growth opportunities is offered.

Pay starts at $14.50 per hour with weekly pay on Fridays; OT may be required, and full-time hours are available in various shifts. A background check and drug test are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work overtime and in varying weather and conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Clean floors by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing in a warehouse setting.
• Sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets and urinals.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, baseboards, windows and blinds.
• Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms and breakrooms.

Responsibilities

• Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs.), sweeping, mopping and scrubbing in a industrial/warehouse setting.
• Sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, etc.
• Dust/wipe down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.
• Clean/disinfect breakrooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors, etc.
• Restock supplies/refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, etc.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners to fit.
• Ensure proper labeling and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
• Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures as needed.
• Other tasks may be assigned as required.

Working Conditions

• May be required to work overtime.
• Work may be inside or outside in various building and weather conditions.
• Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time.
• Lifting/carrying items generally weighing 50 lbs. or less.
• Walking/standing (85-90% of the shift), going up and down stairs, bending, stooping and reaching.

We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
