Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to perform cleaning tasks in an Industrial environment and report issues to a supervisor. The role follows a Monday–Friday, full-time schedule with weekly pay.

The position requires a high school diploma or six months of janitorial experience; on-the-job training is provided. Candidates should have attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Prior custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position
• On the job training will be provided
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions effectively

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling
• Clean entire restroom by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors
• Clean the plant floor and machinery
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly
• Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs
