Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Industrial Cleaner to perform cleaning tasks in an industrial facility. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts at $15.50 per hour with weekly pay and steady work across janitorial and maintenance duties.

You will empty trash, sanitize restrooms, clean machinery, and support plant operations under on-site supervision. High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months janitorial experience are preferred, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position
• On the job training will be provided

• Ability to follow instructions effectively

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling
• Clean entire restroom by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
• Clean the plant floor and machinery
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly
• Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs

Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Industrial Cleaner. The Industrial Cleaner performs cleaning related tasks as outlined in the contract between the company and the customer in an Industrial environment. The Industrial Cleaner reports any problems, or suspicious activity to the appropriate supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling
• Clean entire restroom by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
• Clean the plant floor and machinery
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly
• Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience
• Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
