Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking an Industrial Cleaner in Port Reading, USA, to join our Solutions division. This full-time role is performed on-site at 1005 W Middlesex Ave and requires adherence to safety, quality and SOPs while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

You will handle, disinfect and clean parts, report faults, dispose of waste chemicals safely, and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks using appropriate protective gear.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand written procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle, disinfect and clean parts according to SOPs.
• Report faulty or damaged items to supervisor.
• Dispose of waste chemicals in accordance with safety regulations.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility.
• Conduct daily pre-operating inspections and minor maintenance.
