Seeking experienced custodial service workers to work 4-6 hrs. per shift in industrial and manufacturing buildings. Approximately 20-35 hrs. per week with flexible schedules and competitive pay. Our goal is to provide a safe working environment for our customers. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are available.

We are gaining national and global recognition for our efforts in the cleaning industry. Our Janitorial Cleaning Programs follow strict disinfection guidelines, including:

• Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly according to CDC guidelines, in accessible spaces.
• Maintaining existing cleaning protocols within the facility.
• Ensuring sufficient staffing to perform cleaning effectively and safely.
• Having security staff to control access, maintain order, and enforce social distancing of at least 6 feet, where responsible.

Job Position Description

This position aims to create cleaner and healthier environments by performing essential duties, including:

• Performing cleaning duties using provided products, tools, and procedures, such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and furniture moving.
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Using proper PPE as required.
• Managing facility access, security systems, and opening/closing duties.
• Having 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience in professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is advantageous.
• Flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasked environment is essential.
• Contributing positively to the work environment with a pleasant attitude, dependability, punctuality, and respect for colleagues and customers.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead and forward. Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
