The role requires driving cost strategies, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety and quality across the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in civil and heavy industrial construction with strong budgeting, communication, and estimating skills, plus willingness to travel up to 20% for regional

Qualifications

• Proven track record in civil construction and earthwork estimation.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and industrial construction execution.
• Experience managing project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Excellent client and field crew communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed bids for industrial civil and heavy construction projects.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring safety standards, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Analyze plans, blueprints, and specs to establish accurate project scopes.
• Oversee site operations and coordinate subcontractors for efficient field workflows.
• Track project financials, resource allocation, and material schedules to optimize profitability.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and site leaders to resolve technical obstacles.
