Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking experienced Carpenters for work in the Kingsport, TN area. This role builds, installs and repairs structures, formwork and fixtures using wood, metal forms and related materials in industrial settings.

Essential qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–4 years of carpentry experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, and optional NCCER certification. Safety and compliance are required on all job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years experience in carpentry (depending on level).
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; NCCER certification may be required at some sites.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and structural plans to determine material requirements and layout.
• Assemble, install and finish framing, formwork and fixtures per drawings.
• Follow safety rules, load materials, and work on elevated structures as needed.
