Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Professional certification in drafting/industrial design using AutoCAD preferred.
• 4–6 years in industrial design; TPM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date factory drawings and proper archiving.
• Support layout and flow sheet development during early design phases.
• Coordinate large print requests for events and VIP visits.
• Propose alternatives to support Early Management principles.
• Assist with machine/tooling design using AutoDesk Inventor.
• Update engineering drawing guidelines and specifications.
• Organize engineering drawings and manuals; digitize as needed.
• Provide training on drawings to engineers and contractors.
• Manage small building upgrades with contractor supervision.
• Support SAP and NIMT administration for engineering.
• Travel to Nestlé factories and vendor sites as required.
